Our terms and conditions
Sleep Inn – Rent A Home AS offers rental of furnished and fully equipped houses and apartments. Possibility of cleaning and change of bed linen/towels if desired. Mandatory laundry and electricity are added to the rental price.
A contract is signed with all tenants.
Cancellation and change deadline
Cancellations and changes to the booking must be notified in writing. Cancellation, shortening or extending the tenancy must take place as a minimum 2 (two) weeks in advance before the change/cancellation is to take effect.
In- and check out
Our check-in times are from. 15:00 and check-out must take place by. 10:00 on the day of departure.
Payment is made via invoice which is sent in advance according to. the rental agreement .
The orderer is responsible for outstanding bills from guests. Sleep Inn – Rent A Home AS does not assume responsibility for the tenant's private belongings. In order for any complaints to be taken into account, they must be presented in writing as soon as the occasion arises.
All guests must maintain general calm/refrain from loud noises/music between. 22:00 – 09:00 and comply with the ban on parties/large parties in the apartment.
The apartment, balcony/terrace, and the building's common areas must be kept tidy and rubbish bins must be used (remember source sorting!). Doors to common areas must be kept locked at all times.
All house / apartments are non-smoking. We ask you to respect this with regard to e.g. allergy sufferers. Failure to do so will result in the tenant being charged with costs for cleaning etc.
Keeping animals in the apartments is not permitted without a special agreement to this effect.
If the guest commits significant violations of this agreement or Norwegian law, Sleep Inn – Rent A Home AS will terminate the agreement and the guest is obliged to move out of the apartment. Any activity that supports criminal acts, will be assessed in the same way. Rent already paid will not be refunded.
